Our kitchen has a regional orientation – with a focus on Ticino and Italian elements – and unites this with influences from Swiss and French cuisine. Traditional recipes meet more unusual creations. We invite our guests to combine our recipes and create their own menu or opt for our daily menu. We place great focus on offering vegetarian and gluten-free specialties as well. A lot of care goes into the selection of the ingredients; original, regionality, and freshness are paramount. Every delicious meal at our restaurant is rounded off by the perfect bottle of wine from our own cellar.
